Ambadnya OTT — Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Ambadnya OTT account (Android app: com.ambadnya.ott) and what happens to your data afterwards.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
1. Open the Ambadnya OTT app and sign in.
2. Open the side menu.
3. Tap “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm. Your account is closed straight away.
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
If you cannot sign in or have already uninstalled the app, email us from the address registered on your account:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include your registered email address or mobile number.
We verify ownership before acting on any request, and complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name, email address and mobile number; your profile; your watchlist; your viewing history; your saved preferences; and the device tokens used to send you notifications. Any active subscription is terminated and will not renew.
What is retained, and why
Payment and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian tax and accounting law. They are kept solely for legal compliance and are not used to identify or contact you.
