These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ambadnya OTT website and mobile applications and of the films, series, documentaries and other content made available through them (together, the “Service”). Ambadnya OTT is an Indian over-the-top streaming service operated from India, with its registered office at 25, Ambedkar Nagar, New Mill Road, Behind Ghadge Maharaj School, Kurla West, Mumbai - 400070, Maharashtra, India.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, renting a title or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
You must be 18 years of age or older and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to hold an account with us. If you are below 18, you may use the Service only through an account held and supervised by your parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.
The Service is offered for viewing in India. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and payment methods are those commonly available in India. Some titles may not be available in every location because of the licensing and distribution rights we hold.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us when you register, and for keeping your password and one-time passwords confidential. Your account is for your personal use and must not be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Plans and rentals are prepaid. The price, the period of validity and what the plan includes are shown to you before you pay, and your access begins once the payment succeeds and lasts for the period shown at the time of purchase.
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless we state otherwise. Payments are collected through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, which is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details.
We may change our prices or the composition of our plans. Any such change applies to purchases made after the change; it does not affect a plan you have already paid for, which continues on its original terms until it expires.
Subscription and rental fees are non-refundable. Once your plan or rental has been activated, the amount paid cannot be refunded, exchanged or carried forward, and unused days remaining on a plan are not refundable. You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time, but doing so does not entitle you to a refund of any part of a fee already paid.
We will refund you where the fault is ours or the payment has gone wrong: if the amount was debited from your account but your plan or rental was not activated; if you were charged more than once for the same order; or if a title you paid to rent could not be played because of a fault on our side and we were unable to resolve it.
In any of those cases, write to us at ambadnyaottservices@gmail.com from your registered email address, quoting the payment reference. Once we have verified the transaction with our payment gateway we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 7 working days. The time the amount then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
For as long as your plan or rental is valid, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to stream the content on the Service for your own private, non-commercial viewing, on the number of devices permitted by your plan.
This licence does not transfer any ownership to you. All rights in the content that are not expressly granted here remain with us or with our content partners.
You must not download, copy, record, re-upload, broadcast, publicly perform, sell or redistribute any content from the Service; circumvent, remove or interfere with any digital rights management, geo-restriction, watermarking or other security measure; use bots, scrapers, emulators or automated tools against the Service; share your account credentials or resell access; reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of our applications; upload or transmit anything unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or harmful to a computer system; or use the Service in a way that breaks any applicable Indian law.
Content on the Service is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and by the Information Technology Act, 2000. Unauthorised copying or distribution of it is a punishable offence.
The Ambadnya OTT name, logo, marks, software, user interface, artwork, metadata and all content on the Service are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may not use any of them without our prior written permission.
We work to keep the Service available and running well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Access may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, the speed of your internet connection, or the capability of your device.
Our content library changes over time. Titles may be added or withdrawn as our licences begin and end. A title being available when you subscribe is not a promise that it will remain available for the whole of your plan period.
We may suspend or close your account, with notice where it is reasonable to give it, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, if we detect piracy, credential sharing, payment fraud or other misuse, or if we are required to do so by law. Where we close an account for a serious breach, no refund is payable.
You may close your account at any time from your profile settings or by writing to ambadnyaottservices@gmail.com.
The Service and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that any particular title will be available at any particular time. Views expressed in the content are those of its creators and not of Ambadnya OTT.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
The Service may link to or rely on services operated by others, such as payment gateways, app stores and content-delivery networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page and will apply from the date it is published. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the revised terms.
If you have a complaint about the Service, write to us at ambadnyaottservices@gmail.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and we aim to resolve them within 15 days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
