At Ambadnya OTT, we provide access to digital streaming content through subscription plans.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel the auto-renewal of their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future renewals only. The current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error
- Failed payment where the amount was deducted but the subscription was not activated
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
